Signed boldly at the conclusion by President Zachary Taylor. In fine condition, with slightly irregular light toning, and light show-through at the bottom corners from old mounting residue on the back. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder. Accompanied by an engraving with a facsimile signature.
