Very attractive Japanese National Olympic Committee belt buckle issued for the Melbourne/Stockholm 1956 Summer Olympics. The small belt buckle, 28 gm, 32 mm x 32 mm, features an enamel design of the Japanese ‘rising sun’ with Olympic rings and text: “XVIth Olympic Games, 1956.” The reverse is marked “Japanese Delegation.”
