Scarce early 6 x 9 invitational handbill for four meet-and-greet events with “Senator John F. Kennedy, Democratic Presidential Candidate,” on Thursday, May 19, 1960, at various shopping centers in southwest Oregon. The handbill, which features a handsome portrait of JFK to the upper right corner, lists Hillsdale (Lynch’s-Piggly Wiggly), Raleigh Hills (Kienow Plaza), Beaverton (Safeway, Big C, Rodgers), and Cedar Hills as the meeting locations. In fine condition, with minor loss to the upper left corner tip and horizontal fold.
