(Walt Disney Studios, 1939) Two original production drawings of Mickey Mouse and Pluto from Society Dog Show, accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on two untrimmed sheets of 12 x 9.5 animation paper. Mickey is depicted standing with a brush in a large three-quarter-length profile pose and Pluto is shown on all fours with a surprised expression; the lower right corners are individually marked “177” and “389.” Character images measure 5 x 5 (Mickey) and 5.25 x 3.75 (Pluto). In overall fine condition, with some light edgewear.
