In fine condition, with minor wear throughout.

Nippy, Inc. was Whitney Houston's New Jersey-based management company once run by her father, John Houston. Accompanied by the original lot tag, a copy of the receipt for the $100 entrance fee for the auction filled out by the original purchaser, a copy of the auction terms and itemized lot list, photo collage and a photo of the newspaper advertisement for the auction.
