The manual, 9 x 11.5, over 200 pages, dated April 14, 1969, contains an introduction section with objective, scope, and approach chapters, a discussion section with chapters for the Saturn IB and Saturn V vehicles, and three large appendices for “Failures Requiring Static Firing,” “Failures Not Requiring Static Firing,” and “Non-Static Firing Failures.” The spine is marked in felt tip, “Apollo Failures.” The consignor notes that the manual is an official copy of the MSFC Propulsion Systems Department.
