Five items signed by Sammy Davis, Jr., including: a matte-finish 7.5 x 10 photo of him sitting on a stool, signed and inscribed in black felt tip, "To Sally, All the Best, Sammy Davis"; a 1973 Chasen's restaurant credit information card, signed in felt tip; a golf score card from Edgewood Tahoe for a match between "Phil," "Sammy," and "Larry," signed in pencil, "All my Best, Sammy Davis, Jr."; a contract between Davis and Harrah's in Reno and Lake Tahoe from 1979, signed in felt tip; and a twice-signed Will Mastin Trio business check, made payable to Davis for $500, February 20, 1970, signed on the front and endorsed on the reverse by Davis. In overall very good to fine condition, with light overall fading from prior display, tape to edges of some items, and trimmed edges to the photo and contract.
