Uncommon 4.5 x 6.25 cabinet photo of 'Gentleman Jim' looking fittingly dapper, taken by Elmer Chickering of Boston, signed at the top of the image in bold ink, "Your's truly, Jas. J. Corbett, Jan. 21/96," and on the reverse, "Your;'s truly, Jas. J. Corbett, Jan. 20/96." In very good to fine condition, with a repaired crack to the lower right corner, and surface loss to the reverse affecting portions of the signature. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
