Appealing program for a Manned Flight Awareness event for the forthcoming Apollo 14 mission, held at the Sheraton Cape Colony in Cocoa Beach, Florida, on January 30, 1971, a day before the mission launch. The program, eight pages, 5 x 8, features a large image of the moon on the front cover, which is signed in ballpoint or felt tip by three Apollo astronauts: Jack Swigert, Dave Scott, and Charlie Duke. The cover is also signed by Donald Holmquest (member of 1967 NASA Group 6), astronaut doctor Charles A. Berry, and two others. In fine condition, with some dampstaining affecting several signatures, most notably to Swigert.
