Commemorative cover stamped "Space Shuttle, First Orbital Flight Test, OFT-1," postmarked at the Kennedy Space Center on April 12, 1981, the day of the STS-1 mission launch, signed in black ink by John Young and Bob Crippen. Both front and back bear affixed Space Shuttle stickers. In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Zarelli Space Authentication.
