Oswald," adding his Minsk return address and name in Russian to the lower left. Envelope bears Russian postmarks on the front, and a February 23, 1962, 1962, Vernon, Texas postmark on the reverse. The envelope bears soft lamination, consistent with other official exhibits that were in the government's possession during the Warren Commission investigation. Accompanied by an issue of Time magazine from October 2, 1964.
