Two items: a glossy 3.75 x 5.25 close-up photo of Moshe Dayan, signed in black felt tip, "M. Dayan"; and a TLS signed "M. Dayan," one page, 8.5 x 11, Minister of Defence letterhead, May 27, 1970, in part: "I am very sorry to inform you that I can unfortunately not free myself at present in order to read the book. I am overburdened with the defence problems of our country, which have become more serious, and do hope that you will accept my explanations with understanding." In overall very good to fine condition, with some creasing to the right side of the letter.
