FDC honoring the issuance of the 1979 stamp depicting Martin Luther King, Jr., signed in blue ballpoint by his father, "M. L. King, Sr.," and in black felt tip by a fellow Civil Rights activist, "Rosa L. Parks, Montgomery Ala. bus boycott, December, 1955." In fine condition. Encapsulated and graded by PSA/DNA as "NM-MT 8." A superb autographed piece honoring MLK's legacy.
