Carter" and "Walter F. Mondale"; and a color glossy 10 x 8 photo of Carter being sworn in on the occasion, signed in black felt tip, "J. Carter" and "Rosalynn Carter." In overall fine condition, with a Beckett label affixed to the lower corner of the photo. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services.
