First edition Lunar Module Ascent Monitoring Chart for the Apollo 11 mission, scale 1:630,000 at the equator, dated July 18, 1969, 35.75 x 12.5, issued as "Sheet 3B" and showing the lunar terrain flight path for landing site No. 3. Lithographed by ACIC 7-69 and prepared by ACIC 6-69 under the direction of the Department of Defense by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center. Rolled and in fine condition, with slight creasing to left corners. Alternate 'Landing Site 3' was deemed Sinus Medii or 'Bay of the Center,' due it being at the intersection of the lunar equator and prime meridian; a launch delay of two days would have made it the Apollo 11 landing spot as it would have been receiving more sunlight.
