Second edition color NASA lunar chart, 29 x 22, featuring a 1:1,000,000 scale overhead relief view of the Montes Riphaeus lunar mountain chain, which lies just west of the Fra Mauro crater, the intended landing site of the Apollo 13 crew, signed in blue felt tip, "'Apollo 13, NASA's most successful failure,' April 11-17, 1970, Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP." Lithographed by ACIC 10-64, and published by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center in April 1964. Rolled and in fine condition, with some light edgewear and toning. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Zarelli Space Authentication.
