Spacelab crystal growth experiment assembly from the Space Shuttle program, 6.5" x 5" x 6", with two female Velcro strips affixed to the top and bottom, the latter of which is stamped: "96M80785-1, S/N 004." The front, which bears an identical serial number, is marked "J10" near a large circular port, and has an upper handle, two capped air valves, and a pair of rotating "Inlet" and "Outlet" ports, which are marked the same: "S-W, ZF-544E-4, A2Q88." Both sides of the box feature porthole-style windows that reveal the internal crystal growth experiment.
