Desirable official NASA presentation featuring a flown 5.75 x 4 Canadian flag and a flown 3″ diameter mission patch carried aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia on STS-52, both affixed to a certificate and framed to an overall size of 18.25 x 15.25. The certificate reads: "This Flag and Patch flew aboard STS-52, Space Shuttle Columbia, for 159 orbits, from Oct 22-Nov 1, 1992, deploying the LAGEOS II Satellite and operating the USMP-1 payload. The National Aeronautics and Space Aministration [sic] presents this certificate to: Frank Batty, In Recognition of contributions made to the success of the STS-52 mission." The certificate features a printed signature of NASA administrator Daniel S. Goldin. In fine condition.
