Partly-printed DS, signed “Fred'k Douglass,” 3.5 x 8.5, April 14, 1886. Release from Thomas H. G. Todd and H. H. Bergmann to Levi Meredith, signed on the docketing panel in ink by Frederick Douglass as recorder of deeds in the District of Columbia. In fine condition. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder, grading the autograph as "GEM MINT 10."
