Sought-after official New York Cosmos short-sleeve shirt worn by forward Pele during a match in the 1976 season, signed on the chest in black felt tip, “Do amigo, Pele.” The heavy cotton Athleta shirt, no size likely medium/large, features the Cosmos logo to left chest and the number “10” to back. In fine condition, with expected wear from use, including some staining to right shoulder; the collar tag bears an affixed PSA/DNA label (certificate not present). Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Marcos Moura Teixeira, a former technical coordinator for the Brazilian National Soccer Team, who affirms that the shirt derives from his personal collection.
