The unsigned documents, each one page, 7.25 x 3.25, filled out in type, include: a “Certificate of Insurance” with a “To show continuous coverage” explanation, issued to “Robert Dylan, Bearsville, New York,” policy number “72FA123989,” from January 25, 1966 until October 15, 1966, for the following motor vehicle: Year “1966,” Make of Vehicle “Ford,” and ID or Serial No. “6T08A111917.” The second document, which is also a “Certificate of Insurance” for “Robert Dylan A/K/A Bob Dylan” and features much of the same information, is for “Revocation Notice Received,” with an effective date from November 27, 1967 until November 27, 1968. The third document is a “Notice of Termination,” issued by AETNA Casualty & Surety Co., with a termination date of November 27, 1967. Each document is signed at the conclusion by an authorized representative. In overall fine condition, with expected office wear.

In an interview with Scott Cohen in 1985, Dylan recounted one of his first big money purchases: 'The first expensive thing I bought with my first big paycheck was a baby blue 1966 Ford Mustang convertible. But a guy who worked for me rolled it down a hill in Woodstock and it smashed into a truck. I got 25 bucks for it.'
