Initialed on the first page by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey, and signed at the conclusion by both. In fine condition, with a rusty paperclip impression to the top edge. Jacobs and Casey collaborated on the music, lyrics, and book for the 1971 musical Grease, which was later adapted into the iconic 1978 feature film starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.
