Four TLSs from Eleanor Roosevelt, four total pages, ranging in size from 6 x 7 to 6 x 9.25, dated between 1934 and 1955. The first two letters, written as first lady on White House letterhead and dated March 27, 1934 and August 28, 1935, read, in part: “Thank you very much for sending me the Daily Revised Manual” and “Thank you very much for your letter about Miss Carroll. I am so glad that Mr. Hopkins could use her.” The last two are brief letters to noted collector Lionel Aucoin, dated October 16, 1950 and July 25, 1955. In overall fine condition.
