Hardcover, 5.5 x 8.5, 20 pages. Signed and inscribed on the first free end page in ink, "To Powell Shytles—With my very best wishes, Waggoner Carr, 12-17-64." Includes a TLS by Carr, sending the book to Shytles. In fine condition. Compiled by Texas Attorney General Waggoner Carr, it is unknown how many of these hardbound copies of the report he had printed—however, it seems to have been very few.
