Original 30.5 x 45.5 concert poster for Sugar Blue at the Theatre du Forum des Halles in Paris, signed and inscribed in black ballpoint, "For Tony 'The Harp Man' Glover and Gail, Love to Your Lives Always, Peace, Sugar Blue." Also includes two audio cassette tapes of Tony Glover's interviews with Sugar Blue, dated January 14, 1984, and September 27, 1991. In overall good to very good condition, with intersecting folds and crude repairs to paper loss along the edges of the poster. A great show of one respect from one master of the blues harmonica to another. Glover once wrote of Sugar Blue: 'Indescribable may be the best adjective for Blue's harmonica playing—there's simply nobody else with whom to compare his soaring chops. He takes the blues harmonica well inside the realm of a lead instrument, wringing from it lightning riffs and subtle intonations.'
