Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, and Wayne's personal business card, which he has signed in black ink, “Ronald G. Wayne." Wayne received a 10% stake in Apple as one of the company’s three founding partners, but he relinquished his equity only two weeks later for the sum of $800.
