Remembered as one of Philadelphia’s ‘Whiz Kids,’ Ashburn’s ability to spray the ball to all fields earned him a spot as one of the city’s most beloved athletes of all time. His 1956 Topps issue features a square-jawed portrait on the left, and an exciting scoring scene on the right. This is a great example in a high grade—PSA has ranked none better.
