Uncommon gold-tone Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) Centennial medal issued to a member of the Brazilian National Soccer Team in 2014, 152 gm, 70 mm. The front features a raised CBL emblem with surrounding text: “100 Anos, 1914-2014, Confederação Brasileira de Futebol, 08 de Junho de 1914”; and the reverse depicts past and present emblems, a football player, the dates of Brazil’s five World Cup victories, and raised upper text: “Pentacampea Mundial de Fútbol.” In fine condition. Accompanied by the original presentation case and a certificate of authenticity from Alexandre Silva da Silveira, a coordinator for the Brazil National Soccer Team, who affirms that the medal derives from his personal collection.
