Two items:
ALS, one page, 5.25 x 6.75, The Madison letterhead, no date but circa 1958. Letter to "Mr. &. Mrs. Browne," in part: "As requested I am sending you a picture of myself (not very clean shaven) and also a picture I thought you might like that was taken during the 1937 All Star game. Ironic that all members in the picture are in the Hall of Fame." Reverse bears a typed collector's annotation indicating that it was received on October 28, 1958. In very good condition, with dampstaining to the lower half of the letter affecting the signature.
Gold Hall of Fame card featuring Joe DiMaggio, signed across the top in blue felt tip. A typed collector's annotation on the reverse indicates that it was signed in January 1988. In fine condition.
