Western Electric 500 C/D White House rotary desk phone in black, with an image of the White House in the center of the clear plastic rotary dial. The bottom plate bears a "12-71" label, dating it to the administration of President Richard Nixon. The original four-wire cable has been modified for use with a modern phone jack. In fine cosmetic condition; working condition untested.
