Austrian-American photojournalist (1921-1986) remembered as an early innovator in color photography. His photographs were published in magazines like Life and Vogue and, in 1962, were the subject of the first single-artist exhibition of color photography at New York's Museum of Modern Art. Group of twelve original vintage silver gelatin photos taken by Ernst Haas, 11.75 x 7.25 to 14 x 9.75, all showing a Hollywood film being shot in Egypt. All bear Ernst Haas/Magnum Photos credit stamps on the reverse. In overall fine condition.
