Harding," on an off-white clipped slip affixed to what appears to be an embossed White House envelope; and a pencil signature, "The good wishes of Herbert Hoover," on an off-white 4.5 x 3 sheet. Both are individually matted and framed with artistic portraits of the respective president to overall sizes of 20.25 x 16.5. and 9.75 x 15.5. In overall very good to fine condition, with some scuffs to frames.
