Two items: a vintage glossy 5 x 7 close-up photo of Golda Meir, signed in the lower border in blue ballpoint; and a TLS, one page, 6.5 x 8.25, Ministry for Foreign Affairs, February 12, 1957, addressed to Ken Browne, in part: "I am happy to be able to send you a photograph of myself. We have received many letters from non-Jewish friends expressing their understanding of our cause and the justice of it, and I am glad to be able to count you and Mrs. Brown among those who feel that we are right." In overall very good to fine condition, with paperclip impressions to both items, and surface impressions across Meir's forehead from typed notations on the back. Accompanied by a transmittal letter from the Prime Minister's Office.
