Uncommon roller ball pen used by President Jimmy Carter. The official 'bill signer' Parker pen measures 5.25″ long and features a green plastic barrel bearing a gold facsimile signature and a silver-tone cap section. Includes an extra black ink refill cartridge and the original presentation box with presidential seal and facsimile signature of President Carter. In very fine condition. The consignor, a former White House Staffer during the Carter presidency, was given the pen by Jody Powell, then Press Secretary during the Carter administration.
