Brad Delp's spiral-bound blue Mead songwriting notebook, 8.25 x 11, containing 14 pages of handwritten notes and lyrics for his project with former Boston bandmate Barry Goudreau (including a few double-sided sheets); the pair recorded an album together, Delp and Goudreau, in Goudreau's home studio. The notebook includes Delp's handwritten drafts of lyrics for 'What You Leave Behind,' 'Everyday,' 'I Need Your Love,' 'Hands of Time,' 'The Rhythm Won't Stop,' and 'Out of My Hands.' Non-lyrical notes include a page related to recording "Rhythm of the Road" (released as 'The Rhythm Won't Stop') and "Love Grows Stronger Every Day" (released as 'Everyday'); a page headed "Boston Returns, Corporate America," with a list of personnel; a page listing several charities; and a page listing several chords. In overall fine condition, with expected handling wear. From the Brad Delp Collection, and accompanied by a letter of provenance from Micki Delp.
