Four ALSs from John Tyndall, each one page and measuring 4.5 x 7, one letter dated March 16, 1876. The contents of the letters consist of a proposed stay with a friend, his preference to Emerson over Thoreau, and a planned meeting with “a pack of clergymen, politicians & philosophers at the Palace Hotel.” In overall very good to fine condition.
