Amazing 10K gold football charm presented to Harvard University football coach John Yovicsin in honor of the miraculous 1968 Harvard Crimson and Yale Bulldogs football rivalry game. Made by the JMF Co., the charm measures approximately 1″ in length and features engraved text to each panel denoting the year, “1968,” Harvard’s final record, “8-0-1,” the recipient, “J. M. Yovicsin, Coach,” and the score, “H-29 Y-29,” embellished with red and blue enamel. Also included is a gold-filled Ivy League Championship disc charm, .75″ in diameter, made by Koch Co., with one side featuring a red enamel “H” over leaf with raised text, “Ivy League Championship,” and opposite side engraved with the recipient’s name: “1968 Football, J. M. Yovicsin, Coach.” In fine condition, with noticeable fading to engravings.
