Encapsulated in a plastic PSA/DNA authentication and grading holder, evaluating the autograph as "GEM MT 10." In fine condition. Bulkley Dunton & Co. was a New York-based paper supplier that likely provided the newsprint stock to Pulitzer's St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
