Collection of five items deriving from the offices of Paisley Park, which is highlighted by a copy of the information page of Prince’s US passport, one page, 8.5 x 11, unsigned, issued on June 5, 1986, which shows an image of Prince and lists his passport number, “070610058.” Also included is a one-page copy of a US passport for Prince’s father, “John Lewis Nelson”; an original mailing label from Paisley Park Records, postmarked August 23, 1994, affixed to the original package envelope; and a pair of Fileofax planner pages, each 5 x 8, one of which is headed “Prince Rogers Nelson,” and lists useful reference information including Prince’s social security number, licensed vehicles, and addresses and alarm codes for his Chanhassen home and Paisley Park office. The second planner page is headed “Paisley Park Studios,” and lists relevant building information such as address, phone numbers, safe combination, and security system codes.
