Wonderful wooden single-row tambourine with an appealing black paisley design on the head, 10″ in diameter, featuring black-and-white ribbons tied to the thumb hole. In fine condition. Prince used this type of tambourine during the Parade Tour in 1986. From the collection of tour crew member Eileen Licitri, who notes that this was "a back up and most likely not used." Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Licitri.
