Pure platinum one-ounce pendant given to Brad Delp by Epic Records to celebrate the platinum certification of Boston's debut album, 38 mm in diameter, engraved on one side, "Boston, November 17, 1976," with the other side featuring concentric grooves signifying a record. Stamped at the bottom of the engraved side is a hallmark, "Plat." In fine condition. Released by Epic Records on August 25, 1976, Boston's debut album was certified gold two months after its release, then sold another 500,000 copies in thirty days to go platinum on November 1976. One of the fastest selling debut albums ever released, it has gone on to sell over 25 million copies worldwide.
