Appealing selection of 10 vintage photographs, mostly glossy or matte-finish, ranging in size from 4 x 5 to 13.75 x 11, each depicting one or more members of the Rubinstein family. The grouping is highlighted by a pearl-finish 6.25 x 8.25 portrait of the famed pianist, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To Mrs. Muriel Fletcher, with my warm friendship—Arthur Rubinstein, Sydney, 11.10.37.” Also included are five photos of Rubinstein pictured alone or with his wife and children (one of which is inscribed by an unknown hand, dated “September 1939”), and four others depicting his wife, Aniela Mlynarska, and daughter, Eva Rubinstein. Also includes a booklet for the record The Rubinstein Story. In overall very good to fine condition.
