Two strands of the spangled lace used to trim the train, bodice, and bottom of Princess Diana's wedding dress, one measuring approximately 78″ long and the other approximately 196″ long. A 29″ segment of the longer strand is backed with the silk taffeta material used for the dress. In fine condition. Accompanied by two pages removed from the 2006 book A Dress for Diana by David and Elizabeth Emanuel, showing this lace up close and as it appeared on the wedding dress. A beautiful, intricate sample of the embellishments that made Princess Di's dress truly dazzling.
