Fletcher & Sharpes Bank check, 7.75 x 2.75, boldly filled out and signed by Harrison, "Benj. Harrison," payable to "Mrs. B. Harrison" for $100, July 17, 1879. Encapsulated in a plastic PSA/DNA authentication and grading holder, evaluating the signature as "NM-MT 8." In fine condition. The "Mrs. B. Harrison" who received this check was presumably his wife Caroline Harrison, the future first lady and a founder of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
