In very good condition, with scattered creasing and some tears to edges. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from REAL, a concert ticket, and a copy of a letter of provenance from the original recipient with a photo taken at the time of signing, in part: “This magazine was signed by Bruce Springsteen in front of me after I attended his momentous birthday show at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey on September 22, 2012.”
