Group of six NASA books from the personal collection of moonwalker Gene Cernan, each signed on an opening page in black ink below his ownership stamp, “Gene Cernan, Apollo XVII,” with four books signed and inscribed by the respective author or NASA employee. Titles include: Of Dreams and Astronauts (inscribed by John P. Schreitmueller); A Man on the Moon (inscribed by Andrew Chaikin); Apollo 11, Moon Landing (inscribed by David Shayler); Suddenly Tomorrow Came…; Space: The Free–Market Frontier; and The Right Stuff (inscribed to Cernan by Rockwell CEO Robert Anderson), which is signed again by Cernan on the half-title page.
