Carey, of the City of Cincinnati…the said Dr. M. T. Carey promises and agrees to perform the duties of a Medical Officer, agreeably to Army Regulations, at Camp Dennison Ohio…and to furnish and keep in good order, and accessible at all times, complete sets of amputating, trephining, and pocket instruments.” Impressively mounted, double-matted, and framed with the original mailing envelope, plaque, and image to an overall size of 41 x 23.
