Collection of poster production materials from the archives of artist Mark Arminski: a color 20 x 26 artist’s proof of the 1995 poster created by Arminski to honor the Doors show at the Whisky-A-Go-Go in 1966, signed in the lower border by Arminski; original felt tip artwork of the “Doors” name on a sheet of tracing paper affixed to a 17 x 11 sheet, signed on the sheet by Arminski; and two of the mechanical separations used in printing the poster, one being a black image of the main design with a red acetate “Doors” overlay, and the other being a transparency with applied gecko images. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Arminski.
