President Madison grants “Walter Dun…a certain Tract of Land containing Two hundred and thirty acres, situate between the Little Miami and Sciota rivers, north west of the river Ohio.” Signed at the conclusion by President Madison and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. Portions of the white paper seal remain affixed to lower left. In fine condition.
