Five short strands of Lincoln’s hair encapsulated in a plastic cube and displayed alongside a similar cube containing strands of Seward’s hair, attractively double-matted and framed together with images of Lincoln, Booth, Seward, and a descriptive passage to an overall size of 15 x 12. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the Historical Shop, stating that these came from locks of hair collected by Mrs. Caroline Wright which were sold by Christie’s in 2002.
